What file types can I upload?
PDF drawings, Word and Excel documents, images, and ZIP folders containing multiple files are all supported. If you have a format we don't accept, get in touch and we'll advise.
Is there a limit on file size?
Individual files can be large, tender packs with full drawing sets and schedules are expected. If you hit an upload limit, contact us and we can arrange an alternative transfer for that project.
How long does a typical estimate take?
Turnaround depends on the scale and complexity of the project. Once we've reviewed your submission, we'll confirm a realistic completion date against your tender return date.
What happens if you need more information?
Our team will raise a clarification request directly on your project. You'll see it in your account and can reply without leaving the portal.
Can more than one person from my company use the account?
Yes. Anyone who signs up with your company's email domain joins the same account automatically, with shared visibility of all projects.
How do I get my finished documents?
Completed estimates and tender documents are uploaded to your project and available to download at any time from your account.
